Sales Development Representative — Bangalore (Remote)
Location: Remote, but you must be based in Bangalore. This role involves weekly in-person meetings at partner or client locations within Bangalore, so candidates based outside Bangalore will not be considered.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPA fixed (based on your current compensation and interview performance) + performance incentives of up to ₹6 LPA (structure to be finalized)

Role Snapshot
This role is built for someone who thrives on the outbound grind. The bulk of your time will go into lead generation and outreach: building target lists, running multi-channel prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn), and booking qualified meetings. You'll also carry those conversations through discovery, proposal support, and deal closure, working closely with our Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
