Role Description
We are seeking a highly competent, proactive, and service-driven Facility Manager to oversee the end-to-end facilities, infrastructure, safety, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and support services of a prestigious educational institution in Bengaluru.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring a world-class, safe, secure, hygienic, and child-friendly campus environment that consistently meets the highest standards of operational excellence.




This role demands strong leadership, vendor governance, technical expertise, compliance awareness, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a energetic school environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Campus Operations Excellence
Oversee seamless day-to-day functioning of the entire school campus.
Ensure all academic and non-academic spaces including classrooms, labs, libraries, activity zones, sports areas, cafeteria, washrooms, offices, and outdoor facilities are fully operational and well-maintained.
Conduct structured daily inspections to ensure safety, hygiene, and infrastructure readiness.
Guarantee campus readiness before commencement of school operations each day.
Maintain SOPs, checklists, and operational documentation aligned with institutional standards.
Coordinate infrastructure readiness for examinations, events, sports meets, annual functions, and parent engagements.
