Role Overview
We're looking for an Operations Manager to initially own and then oversee the day-to-day running of iklo Nest locations — from staffing and safety compliance to partner relationships with the malls, hospitals, and hotels that host us. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role:



you'll be the person ensuring that every child at every location gets the same standard of care, no matter how small or short the booking.

Key Responsibilities
Run daily center operations - ratios, hygiene, and safety SOPs, including opening/closing checklists and nap-time and emergency protocols.
Hire, onboard, and shadow-train caregivers, and build shift rosters with coverage for last-minute bookings and drills.
Run safety, hygiene, staffing, and brand audits, and own corrective action plans and compliance documentation.
Own partner relationships with malls, hospitals, and hotels — including revenue-share tracking, renewals, and recent site scouting/fit-out.
Ensure consistent app usage for check-in, logging, and attendance, and own monthly reporting and core KPIs.
Staff and manage event-based childcare, surge periods, and flexible on-demand bookings.
