Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Direct Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, generate business leads, promote travel products, and build strong client relationships through direct marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct marketing and customer outreach.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct direct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Promote holiday packages, corporate travel, and other travel services.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct customer engagement.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team to convert leads into bookings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.




Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, travel events, and corporate client visits.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
Eligibility
MBA in Marketing / Business Administration is Mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in direct marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
