We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Junior Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This is an early-career sales role for candidates who want to build their career in B2B sales and business development within the construction equipment and infrastructure industry.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the willingness to actively prospect for recent customers, generate leads, conduct customer and project-site visits, and contribute to AGGCON’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities across the infrastructure, construction, EPC, industrial,



and related sectors.
Conduct regular prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, market research, referrals, and customer visits.
Identify ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects and connect with relevant contractors, project teams, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Promote AGGCON’s construction equipment rental solutions to prospective customers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers, enquiries, and business opportunities.
Conduct regular customer meetings and project-site visits to understand equipment requirements and develop new business.
Follow up actively on leads, enquiries, quotations, and commercial discussions to support conversion.
Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with senior sales team members for quotations, commercial negotiations, and closure of rental opportunities.
