Roles & responsibilities
The candidate should have prior proven experience in operational excellence,
Ability to support resource management queries through skill searches on the
tool & stakeholder connect. (S)/he should have proven stakeholder management and
influencing skills in a global work environment.
Contribute to structuring, planning and execution of workflow and schedules,
effective time utilization, delivery of the project deliverables, escalation
management.
Contribute to strategic objectives, provide thought leadership by researching
trends and implementing industry best practices to take KGDC up the value chain
Understanding of audit terms and concepts to align employee skillset to
engagement staffing needs.
Continuously engage with stakeholders and Operations team to understand their
needs and define policy, procedures, or systems accordingly
