Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Supply Chain to shape, scale, and lead our global supply chain function from our Bangalore office. This senior leadership appointment carries full accountability for end-to-end supply chain operations across our active international markets (currently the UK, UAE, and Malaysia), with immediate responsibility expanding as we break into recent global territories.




Working in close partnership with our Commercial Operations Manager based in Australia, you will align supply planning, forecasting, and product availability directly with our commercial growth pipeline. Furthermore, you will build, mentor, and foster a high-performing supply chain team in Bangalore, embedding the systems, capabilities, and culture required to support our long-term global ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
● Global Supply Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end supply chain frameworks, driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and supply assurance across all jurisdictions.
● Team Building & Leadership: Build, recruit, and develop a high-performing Bangalore-based supply chain team, defining clear structures, career pathways, and key performance indicators.
● Procurement & Vendor Management: Lead global sourcing and vendor qualification across CMOs/CDMOs, APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and logistics partners.
