Skill Requirements

Proven experience min 10 years in administering Power BI environments, including Power BI Service and Premium Capacity.
In-depth knowledge of Power BI tenant, workspace, dataset, and report configuration.
Experience with On-Premises Data Gateway management and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Power BI security models, including RLS and OLS.
Hands-on experience in monitoring capacity metrics, optimizing resource utilization, and troubleshooting dataset refresh and performance issues.
Proficiency in implementing backup, disaster recovery, and governance policies.
Demonstrated experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Git.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience providing advanced (L2/L3) support.
Robust collaboration and communication skills with the ability to partner with technical and business stakeholders.

Other Requirements (Optional)
Power BI or Microsoft certifications (e.g., DA-100, PL-300) are highly desirable.
Experience in large-scale, enterprise Power BI deployments.
Familiarity with data modeling,



DAX query optimization, and report design best practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and related services.
Prior experience in developing and delivering user training sessions.

Configure Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).
Manage user roles, permissions, and workspace access.
Implement tenant-level security settings and governance frameworks.
