JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, specializing in the production of custom flags, event backdrops, and display hardware.
This role is responsible for coordinating staff, managing workflow, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency and safety across all production lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Supervise and lead production teams across multiple departments including sewing, printing, finishing, welding, powder coating, and hardware assembly.
• Ensure optimal use of resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Work closely with design, sales, and logistics teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions swiftly.




• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• 3+ years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Background in textile, signage, or large-format printing industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of printing technologies, sewing equipment, and hardware assembly processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP or production management software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
