Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will engage prospective students and parents, understand their study abroad goals, and present Edgestar’s services through consultations, calls, and in-person meetings. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting follow-ups,



converting inquiries into enrollments, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role involves coordinating with counseling and operations teams, supporting marketing campaigns, participating in events or seminars, and providing timely, empathetic customer service. The specialist will also gather market insights, contribute to outreach strategies, and uphold Edgestar’s commitment to clear communication and ethical advice.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex information simply.
Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and building trust with students and parents.
