Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective. The specialist will conduct market research, analyse trends, and prepare reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making and client proposals. Daily responsibilities include coordinating meetings and calls, managing the sales pipeline,



maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with consulting, IT, and e-learning teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also requires providing responsive customer service, handling client queries, and supporting the development and execution of market entry and expansion plans.
