Role Summary
The Solution Engineer will act as a strategic QA and Test Automation partner for enterprise customers. This role requires solid hands-on experience in automation, along with the ability to drive quality initiatives, mentor teams, and manage customer relationships.



You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality releases, optimizing automation strategies, and delivering value-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary QA and automation point of contact for enterprise customers
Drive end-to-end test automation strategy and implementation across projects
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks
Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across Web, Android, and iOS platforms
Monitor test runs, analyze failures, and provide root cause analysis with actionable insights
Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth releases
Proactively communicate updates, risks, and mitigation plans
Optimize automation coverage, execution efficiency, and overall QA processes
Mentor junior solution engineers and provide technical guidance
Handle escalations, critical issues, and ensure timely resolution
