Job Description

Solution Design & Implementation
• Interact with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify and understand requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, configuration specifications, and implementation plans.
• Lead Windchill configuration and customization to meet functional and technical requirements.
• Support PLM implementation, upgrade, and migration activities across the delivery lifecycle.

Windchill Development & Configuration
• Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink components, workflows, lifecycle states, roles, and access controls.
• Develop and review Windchill extensions and integrations in line with solution standards.
• Support data migration, validation, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Apply structured methodologies to define, implement, and maintain end-to-end package-based solutions.





Technical Leadership
• Guide the development team on technical design, coding standards, troubleshooting, and delivery practices.
• Conduct design and code reviews and ensure quality across technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for application and technology integrations.
• Communicate solution decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress to client and internal stakeholders.

Delivery & Support
• Contribute to project planning, requirement analysis, process mapping, estimation, testing, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare technical design, configuration, migration, and deployment documentation.
