Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic, ambitious and result-oriented professionals who are interested in building a career in residential real estate.
You will get the opportunity to work across the complete real estate sales cycle — from understanding customer requirements and recommending the right projects to conducting site visits, negotiating deals, coordinating with developers and channel partners and driving closures.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where your performance, client relationships and ability to close deals will directly contribute to your growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, configuration and investment objectives to recommend suitable residential projects.
Handle clients independently throughout the complete sales cycle, including enquiry, lead qualification, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, booking and closure.
Take ownership of assigned leads and ensure timely, consistent and structured follow-ups until closure.




Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and drive lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-closure conversions.
Build and maintain solid professional relationships with developers and other real estate stakeholders.
Maintain updated knowledge of residential projects, market trends, pricing, inventory, competitors and upcoming developments across Mumbai Suburbs.
Maintain accurate and updated CRM records covering leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, site visits, pipeline stages, inventory and closures.
Track individual and team sales performance and identify opportunities to improve sales processes and conversion rates.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of the Western Mumbai residential real estate market, particularly Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Goregaon and nearby locations.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets and drive conversions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
