Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with solid expertise in OData, SAP CRM UI5, BOL, GENIL, and SAP BRF+. The role involves developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting SAP CRM Service Management solutions.
Mandatory Skills
Strong SAP ABAP development experience
Hands-on experience with BAPI and BADI
Strong expertise in OData services
SAP CRM UI development experience
Knowledge of SAP CRM BOL and GENIL
Experience with SAP BRF+
Experience in SAP CRM Service module is preferred
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and integration skills
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ABAP solutions for SAP CRM Service Management.
Develop and maintain custom objects, enhancements, reports, forms,



and interfaces.
Build and support OData services and SAP CRM UI5 applications.
Support integrations between SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA/other SAP modules.
Analyze technical and functional requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Perform bug fixing, debugging, testing, and production support.
Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and cross-functional teams.
Refine and enhance existing SAP objects and developments.
Good to Have
SAP S/4HANA experience
SAP CRM Service/Utility domain experience
Experience with SAP CRM–S/4HANA integrations
Exposure to DevOps and SAP development tools
