Role Description The Business Development Associate will work full time on-site in Pune City. In this role, the associate will engage with prospective learners and partners, explain NxtWave’s programs and certifications,



and guide them through the enrollment process. Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting calls and meetings, presenting program benefits, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The associate will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute outreach campaigns, gather feedback from the field, and contribute to strategic initiatives for growth. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing regular reports on performance, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for all stakeholders.
