Role Description The Operations Manager | EDTECH | AI role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations across counseling, admissions, visa support, and IELTS coaching to ensure smooth service delivery and high-quality student experiences. The Operations Manager will coordinate teams, streamline processes, and implement EDTECH and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, data tracking, and decision-making.



Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing resource allocation, maintaining compliance with education and visa regulations, and ensuring consistent communication between internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also includes identifying process improvements, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the development of scalable operational frameworks for growth.
Qualifications
Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
Experience with EDTECH platforms, AI-driven tools, and technology-enabled automation in an education or consulting setting.
Background in education consulting, international admissions, or student services, with familiarity in UK and Canada study pathways.
