Role Description The Brands and Events Conceptualizer is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role involves developing creative concepts for brand campaigns, events, and activations, translating client objectives into compelling narratives and experiential ideas.



The Conceptualizer collaborates with strategy, design, sales, and production teams to shape campaign frameworks, event formats, brand experiences, and visual directions. Daily tasks include briefing and coordinating with internal stakeholders, preparing concept notes and presentation decks, researching trends and audience insights, and refining ideas based on client feedback. The role also requires active participation in client meetings, ensuring concepts are aligned with brand positioning, commercial objectives, and execution feasibility.

Qualifications

Experience : 5+ Years with Event Industry

Brand Strategy and Brand Management skills to develop cohesive campaign frameworks and long-term brand experiences.
Branding and Communication skills to shape clear narratives, visual identities, and persuasive presentations for clients and internal teams.
