5 S Control Specialist - AM
/DMLead the implementation and deployment of 5 S programs across production lines, warehouses, laboratories, and maintenance areas to improve workplace organization, efficiency, and operational discipli
ne. Conduct regular 5 S audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions to sustain compliance, continuous improvement, and workplace standar
ds.



Develop and maintain visual management systems including shadow boards, labeling systems, floor markings, and standardized workplace contro
ls. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams to integrate 5 S, Lean, Kaizen, and safety practices into daily operations and SO
Ps. Ensure all 5 S activities and workplace conditions that may directly or indirectly impact product quality are identified, controlled, and prevented through proper housekeeping and process discipli
ne. Train and coach employees on 5 S principles, Lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives, while monitoring performance metrics, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
Requirements: Must have 6-15 yrs experience with B. E / B. Tech. Diploma / B. Sc Graduates are not eligible.
