We are looking for a Founding Member — Growth & Sales to take ownership of the commercial side of Reframe Studios and help build the company’s growth and sales function from an early stage.
About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales position.
You will work directly with the founder to build Reframe Studios’ growth and business development engine,
develop relationships with potential clients and partners, build the sales process, and help shape the company’s go-to-market strategy.
The role requires significant ownership, initiative, and comfort operating in an early-stage environment.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Business Development
• Identify and engage relevant Venture Capital, Private Equity, and investment firms.
• Build relationships with founders, partners, principals, and other decision-makers.
• Develop outbound and inbound acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Explore partnerships, communities, referrals, and other acquisition channels.
• Identify current opportunities for revenue and business development.
Sales
• Own the sales process from initial conversation through closing.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand prospective clients’ needs.
• Help develop proposals, packages, offers, and pricing.
