Role Description The Direct Sales Team / Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee Tehsil. This role involves sourcing and acquiring new housing finance customers through direct outreach, field visits,



and relationship-building with individuals and families within the target segment. The officer will explain CHFL’s products and services, assess customer eligibility, assist with documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, achieving assigned business targets, providing post-disbursal customer support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes market intelligence activities, such as tracking competitor offerings, identifying current business opportunities, and adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
