Role Description The Life and Digital Literacy Skills Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in North Delhi.



The trainer will deliver structured sessions on life skills, soft skills, and digital literacy to adolescents and young adults, using engaging, learner-centered methods. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating training modules, creating and updating learning materials, and using digital tools and platforms to build participants’ basic and advanced digital competencies. The trainer will assess learners’ progress, maintain accurate training records, and provide guidance and mentorship to support their educational and livelihood pathways. The role also involves coordinating with program staff, schools, and community stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of Magic Bus programmes and participation of eligible youth.
Qualifications

Robust Training & Development and Presentation Skills, with experience delivering group sessions to adolescents and young adults.
Expertise in Life Skills and Soft Skills training,
