RPA Developer
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to streamline processes and maximise efficiency.
Develop and configure automation processes according to technical requirements and specifications of various applications; design and employ industry best practices and development guidelines.
Identify opportunities for improvement and/or automation of existing processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues.
Document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans and other results.
Perform unit testing, user acceptance testing and release technical review and QA.
Address any technical review and fix the defects seen in QA or UAT.
Support test cycles – SIT, UAT and Hypercare.
Provide comprehensive training to junior employees to ensure effective adoption and utilisation of the RPA solutions.
Pre–requisites
UiARD certification is a must.
A graduate in Computer Science with a minimum of 6 years of IT industry experience, in which 5 + years should be in the RPA domain, preferably on UiPath or Blue Prism.
