KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality Control & Inspection
Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished furniture products.
Ensure products meet required quality, safety, design, and customer standards.




Conduct QC inspections at different stages of production and before dispatch.
Identify defects, quality issues, and process gaps and ensure timely corrective action.
Check product finishing, colour, assembly, hardware, packaging, and overall quality.
Establish and maintain quality standards and inspection procedures.
Conduct pre-production quality checks to ensure raw materials, machinery, drawings, and processes meet requirements.
Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports.
2. Production & Manufacturing Quality
Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
Work closely with the production team to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
Implement quality control processes and programmers’.
Track quality issues and recommend process improvements.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections at manufacturing/vendor locations.
