Role Description The Photographer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for visually documenting activities, events, and daily life across NEF institutions. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing photo shoots for academic sessions, events, promotional campaigns, and campus life, as well as maintaining a consistent visual style aligned with the foundation’s brand. The role involves selecting, editing,



and organizing images for use in print materials, social media, websites, and internal communications in collaboration with the marketing and administrative teams. The Photographer will manage equipment, ensure proper storage and backup of images, and coordinate with staff and students to capture impactful, respectful, and inclusive visual stories.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong technical photography skills, including proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, and composition.
Candidates should possess image/Video post-production skills, such as photo editing, color correction, and file management using common editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or similar).
