About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Performance Marketer with 2–4 years of experience in paid marketing or digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to paid advertising, media planning, market research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign optimization. Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
Assist in developing media plans aligned with campaign objectives and budget allocations.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, and Conversion Rate.




Perform regular A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience in media planning and budget management.
Proficiency in keyword research and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards is a plus.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
