Role Description The Direct Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for leading and driving direct sales activities for Bandhan Life’s insurance products. This role involves managing and motivating a sales team to achieve individual and team targets, overseeing lead generation,



and ensuring effective follow-up to convert prospects into customers. The Direct Sales Manager will design and implement sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to leadership. They will conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
