Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure excellent guest experiences while maintaining efficient processes. Responsibilities include managing staff, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, monitoring property maintenance, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures. The role also involves handling emergency situations, coordinating with various departments,



and providing leadership during shifts to deliver impeccable service standards.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to manage hotel operations effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, staff, and other departments.
Customer service expertise and a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns and enhancing satisfaction.
Experience in hotel operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and facilities management.
Basic financial and administrative skills, such as budgeting and performance monitoring.
Ability to perform under pressure, handle emergencies calmly, and maintain high-quality service standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
