Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Hyderabad. The Project Coordinator will support the planning and execution of 3D character production projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Daily responsibilities include organizing project schedules, tracking tasks, maintaining status reports,



and coordinating communication between internal art teams and external clients. The role involves preparing documentation, following up on action items, managing asset handoffs, and helping identify potential risks or bottlenecks. The Project Coordinator will also assist with resource allocation, meeting preparation, and process improvements to keep projects running smoothly.
Qualifications
Project coordination and planning skills, including task tracking, schedule management, and basic project documentation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with artists, technical teams, and external partners.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of game development or 3D art production pipelines; experience in AAA or creative industries is an advantage.
