Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fund Accounting Manager role based in Noida. The Fund Accounting Manager will oversee daily fund accounting operations,



including NAV calculation, position and cash reconciliations, expense accruals, and valuation processes for hedge funds, private equity funds, and other alternative investment vehicles. The role involves reviewing and validating accounting entries, monitoring performance and fee calculations, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders and clients. The Fund Accounting Manager will collaborate with operations, technology, and client teams to resolve breaks, streamline workflows, and enhance controls, while maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards, fund documents, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes mentoring and supervising team members, participating in process improvement initiatives, and supporting audits and due diligence requests.
