Role Descrng>iption The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales function for Assotech Limited’s real estate projects and will work on-site in Brahmapur in a full-time capacity. This role involves managing and following up with leads, conducting site visits with prospective clients, explaining project features and pricing, and assisting in negotiations to close sales. The Assistant Sales Manager will maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth customer experience. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, handle queries,
and support clients through the decision-making process.
Ability to conduct professional presentations and property demonstrations, with clear articulation of project benefits, pricing, and terms.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools for tracking leads, maintaining databases, and generating sales reports.
Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor offerings in and around Brahmapur.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously on-site.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
Comfort working in a target-driven setting, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals while maintaining ethical practices.
