Role Description The Construction & Interior Purchase Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role oversees end-to-end procurement for construction and interior projects, including sourcing materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture,



and related services in line with design specifications and project budgets. The manager will evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery to project sites. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with design, project management, and site execution teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines, managing inventory and logistics, and maintaining accurate records of purchases and supplier performance. The role also involves monitoring market trends, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards, and contributing to cost optimization and process improvements across projects.
Qualifications
Robust experience in construction and interior project procurement, including sourcing building materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture.
Vendor management skills such as vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.
Proficiency in purchase planning,
