Steel connection and anchoring design are our core strength, powered by CBFEM, alongside reinforced concrete design powered by CSFM (co-developed with ETH Zurich). Our desktop and cloud applications are used by structural engineers, fabricators, and detailers in more than 115 countries. Asia Pacific is one of our most diverse and fastest-growing regions, spanning distinct national design codes, major high-seismic and steel-heavy construction markets, and quick-growing precast and reinforced concrete sectors, served out of our Singapore hub through a regional reseller network.

The Role

We are hiring a Regional Director to take over IDEA StatiCa's Asia Pacific region, based out of our Singapore hub. This is a planned succession: the current Regional Director is relocating to the Czech Republic at year-end, and the incoming Director will join ahead of that date to work directly alongside him, ensuring a smooth handover of partners, accounts,



and the regional team before taking full ownership

of the region.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for the commercial strategy, reseller network, and regional team across APAC. You will lead the Singapore-based core team and help shape how the region is best served going forward, including exploring additional placements and delivery models across the territory. You will be a member of IDEA StatiCa's global leadership team.

Evolve and strengthen the growth strategy for Asia-Pacific, building on the region's existing foundation and adapting the regional plan (market expansion, territory prioritization, regional investment planning, organizational development) to the next phase of growth, in alignment with global objectives.
Own regional revenue, profitability, forecasting, and overall business performance across Asia-Pacific.
