About the Role
Unbloc Technology is looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our clinic team. In this role, you will work closely with RMOs and doctors to deliver safe, patient-centred care — from assisting in consultations and procedures to monitoring vitals and guiding patients through their treatment journey. We're looking for someone with strong clinical fundamentals and an equally strong bedside manner: someone patients trust and feel comfortable with.
Key Responsibilities
Assist RMOs and doctors during patient consultations, procedures, and treatments.
Administer medications, injections, and other prescribed treatments accurately and safely.
Monitor patient vitals and maintain accurate clinical records and EMR entries.
Prepare patients for examinations or procedures, and provide explicit pre- and post-care instructions.
Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control standards across the clinic.
Support emergency response and stabilization procedures when required.
Coordinate with RMOs, coordinators, and the Nursing Head to ensure smooth patient flow.
Educate patients and their families on care instructions, medication, and follow-up plans.
Qualifications
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (mandatory).
Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
0–3 years of clinical experience — freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills & Attributes
Strong patient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Sound clinical and technical nursing skills.
A calm, composed approach under pressure and in emergencies.
Well-groomed, professional presentation.
Strong team coordination skills and attention to detail.
