Chief Productivity Leader
Build the operating system that helps a lean startup move faster, with fewer people and higher accountability.
We are looking for a high-agency Productivity Leader to build the people, culture and operating rhythms that enable a fast-growing startup to execute at exceptional speed.
This is not a conventional HR role. You will work closely with the founders and functional leaders to improve talent density, productivity, accountability and organizational effectiveness.
What you will own
Recruitment: Build pipelines, define roles, hire exceptional talent and ensure every new hire delivers quickly.
Productivity: Create straightforward systems for goals, priorities, ownership, reviews and execution.
Culture: Build a culture of ownership, speed, candour, learning and customer obsession.
Performance: Establish clear expectations, measurable outcomes and a high-performance cadence.
Organization: Continuously identify capability gaps, bottlenecks and the next organizational hires required for scale.
Leadership: Help managers become better leaders,
coaches and performance multipliers.
Employee experience: Build an environment where high performers can do their best work and grow with the company.
Our philosophy
We believe productivity comes from clarity + capability + accountability, not bureaucracy.
Our approach:
Saam → Inspire, coach and align people around purpose.

Dand → Address persistent underperformance decisively and fairly.
Never Bhed → No politics, favoritism, information hoarding or divide-and-rule. We build through trust, transparency and merit.
Who you are
5–10+ years in high-growth startups, organizational effectiveness, talent or people leadership.
Exceptional at hiring and identifying high-agency talent.
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders.
Data-driven, but not process-obsessed.
Strong communicator and naturally demanding of clarity and accountability.
