About The Wellness Project
The Wellness Project is building a modern wellness company rooted in Indian wellness wisdom and designed for today’s consumer. We are creating trusted wellness products that genuinely improve everyday health and are looking for passionate individuals to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market, product, and competitor research to support business decisions.
• Assist in D2C brand analysis, customer insights, and positioning projects.
• Support marketing campaigns, growth initiatives, and go-to-market activities.
• Coordinate product launch activities and cross-functional execution.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and business summaries for the founder and leadership team.
• Track key business metrics and maintain project trackers.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and external partners to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.




• Handle ad-hoc projects and operational tasks from the Founder’s Office.

Who We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in business, strategy, marketing, operations, consulting, or startup roles.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Slides).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup workplace.
• Candidates from Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges are encouraged to apply.
