Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the institution’s academic programs, engaging with prospective students and families, and managing admissions-related inquiries. Day-to-day activities include meeting and counseling prospective applicants, conducting follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions.



The role also involves building relationships with schools, coaching centers, and other partners, participating in education fairs and events, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and enrollment targets.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present academic programs clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing admissions or enrollment opportunities.
Basic marketing and outreach abilities, such as supporting campaigns, participating in events, and creating awareness about institutional offerings.
Organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and using CRM or related tools to track inquiries and conversions.
