Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to extract, process, clean, and manage critical business and customer datasets. In this role, you will perform data ripping (extracting structured data from web pages, PDFs, and unformatted source documents), leverage generative AI tools for data cleaning, and ensure high data integrity across systems.

Key Expectations

Hands-on technical capability with data tools, automation software, and contemporary scraping/extraction technologies.
Strong awareness of current software industry trends, modern data processing workflows, and generative AI tools.

Roles and responsibilities:





Data Ripping & Extraction: Pull, rip, and extract data from various web sources, digital PDFs, APIs, and unstructured files into clean, structured formats.
Data Processing & Entry: Input and integrate customer, account, and operational data into target databases and management systems within specified timeframes.
Data Verification & Sanitization: Review raw datasets for missing entries, duplicates, or formatting errors; correct inconsistencies to guarantee high data quality.
AI-Assisted Workflows: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to reformat, clean, transform, and standardize complex or unorganized text and datasets.
Research & Data Enrichment: Investigate incomplete records by cross-referencing internal files or performing web searches to fill missing data points.
Compliance & Security: Maintain strict adherence to organizational data privacy, confidentiality, and security policies.
