Overall Objectives Of Job

A demanding DevOps Engineer role within Allianz Technology engagements, involving the design, build and operation of CI/CD pipelines and automation across application delivery platforms supporting AGCS OE projects.

This role offers the opportunity to own end to end delivery pipelines - from source control through build, test and deployment using ADP toolchain - Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus , while also contributing to IBM i application support and reporting dashboard development, SIM and JIRA automation, API management (Apigee), Kubernetes secrets management and platform automation for IBM i application environments.

Duties And Responsibilities





Design, build and maintain end to end CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub , Nexus, GitHub Actions, ADP Toolchain) for IBM i application builds, deployments and releases.

Understand the technical setting, platforms and their relevant infrastructure as well as other intricate dependencies of the project.

Identify the key stakeholders in the project, establish and maintain excellent working relationship with them throughout the project.

Use efficient methods, tools and techniques to elicit and capture customer requirements and document them.

Convert the customer requirements into effective IT solutions within the context of the business, operational and environment following any organisational standards, guidelines or other assets.
