Dog-O-Bow is a growing pet care brand focused on creating thoughtfully designed, high-quality products for modern pet parents. We design and manufacture a wide range of pet clothing, accessories, bedding, grooming and lifestyle products.
We have built a multi-channel online presence across our own D2C website, leading e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. As we continue to scale, we are looking for someone to take strong ownership of our online business and help build the next phase of our digital growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our D2C, marketplace and quick commerce businesses.
The role will have a primary focus on our Shopify-powered D2C website, followed by our broader marketplace business, while also managing and developing our presence across quick commerce and emerging online channels.
The ideal candidate should understand the e-commerce ecosystem end-to-end — from website management, catalogue and advertising to inventory, promotions, analytics, profitability,



customer experience and channel expansion.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and directly impacting revenue.
Key Responsibilities1. Shopify & D2C — Primary Focus
Take ownership of the day-to-day management and growth of our D2C website.
Manage the Shopify backend, products, collections, catalogue and website merchandising
Ensure accurate product information, pricing and inventory
Optimise product pages and the overall website for conversion
Manage website collections, offers, promotions and merchandising
Coordinate website banners, campaigns and promotional launches
Support current product launches
Monitor website traffic, conversion rate, AOV and customer behaviour
Analyse the complete customer journey and identify conversion drop-offs
Continuously identify opportunities to improve website conversion and revenue
Coordinate with creative, marketing and oper
