About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Head to lead the finance function for a leading real estate organization. The role will drive financial governance, compliance, budgeting, MIS, treasury, and strategic business partnering to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, and Compliance functions.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business partnering with leadership teams.
Ensure statutory, audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
Guide financial strategy, cash flow planning, and financial risk management.
Lead and mentor the finance team while driving ERP and process improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
10-15 years of post-qualification experience.




Strong experience in finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, compliance, budgeting, and MIS.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in real estate or infrastructure industry.
Exposure to ERP improvement or finance transformation projects.
Strong business partnering and strategic financial planning exposure.
Educational Qualification
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
