Customer Success Associate
Experience: 2–3 years

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Customer Success Associate at Infinity X, you will be the bridge between our customers and our product, ensuring users have a smooth, engaging, and successful experience at every stage of their journey. You will interact with customers through calls, chats, emails, and meetings to understand their needs, resolve issues, guide them through product usage, and build strong long-term relationships.
This role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, eager to learn, and possess robust communication skills in English. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, customer-focused, and capable of adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate curiosity, professionalism, problem-solving ability, and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product training and guidance to customers.




• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer and technical issues.
• Create and maintain product tutorial videos & documentation of customer issues, resolutions, and product updates.
• Stay updated on product features, workflows, and AI-based tools.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, Technology, or a
related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).
• English proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English, you will interact regularly with
customers, top level management and internal teams across global regions.
• Tech savviness: Comfortable working with modern web applications, digital platforms, AI-based
tools, and customer support systems.
• Problem-solving ability: Ability to think logically, handle customer issues professionally, and
