About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter & HR Operations skilled to support our recruitment activities as well as day-to-day HR operations.
The role will involve end-to-end recruitment, employee management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, payslip generation, offer letter preparation, and general HR administration.
Candidates with experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Clinical Research, Healthcare, or related domains will have an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Post and manage job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates.
Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline.




Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers.
Support offer discussions and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate status reports.
HR Operations & Employee Management
Manage day-to-day employee HR operations and employee records.
Maintain accurate employee master data and personnel records.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, documentation, payroll, leave, and other HR matters.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Track probation periods, confirmation dates, notice periods, and other employee milestones.
Coordinate employee exit formalities and final documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
