Role Description The Business Development Operations Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves supporting business growth by coordinating and optimizing development operations, including tracking pipelines, managing data, and preparing performance reports. The specialist conducts market research to identify opportunities, analyze competition,



and generate insights that inform strategic decisions. Daily tasks include collaborating with business development and marketing teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and improving processes and tools that support partner outreach and onboarding. The role also requires regular communication with internal stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and operational priorities.
Qualifications
• Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, Customer Support, Finance, Temple Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Identify current business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Analyse business performance, customer insights, and market trends to recommend growth strategies.
• Monitor key business metrics and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for leaders
