About the Role:
We are looking for a Director – UPI who will be lead Snapmint’s UPI platform, NPCI integrations, compliance initiatives,



and payment infrastructure roadmap. This is a senior leadership role requiring robust expertise in UPI products, NPCI regulations, banking integrations, reconciliation, and payment risk controls.

What You'll Do:
• Own the UPI platform roadmap including Collect, Intent, QR, AutoPay, and mandate flows.
• Act as the primary NPCI-facing product lead for certifications, upgrades, audits, and compliance changes.
• Partner with sponsor banks, PSPs, engineering, risk, finance, and operations teams to deliver scalable payment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with NPCI, RBI, PCI-DSS, and internal security standards.
• Drive improvements in transaction success rates, reliability, reconciliation accuracy, and settlement processes.
• Define product requirements, operational controls, monitoring dashboards, and platform KPIs.
