Farmerface Organic works with a dedicated team to support organic vegetable farming and supply chain activities in its project areas. The company currently employs around 50 agriculture graduates and 20 marketing professionals (MBA) to manage and grow its organic farming projects. Role Description The Project Head Agribusiness is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhagwanpur Hatt. This role oversees end-to-end agribusiness project operations, including planning organic vegetable production, coordinating field activities, and ensuring adherence to quality and sustainability standards.



The Project Head manages and mentors agriculture and marketing teams, aligns production plans with market demand, and monitors performance against targets. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with farmers and local partners, tracking costs and revenues, preparing project reports, and supporting bulk sales strategies. The role also involves identifying recent market opportunities, improving operational processes, and maintaining effective communication with senior leadership.
