About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging, informative, and platform-friendly content for our digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and short-form content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Develop concepts and ideas for Reels, short videos, posts, stories, and campaigns.
Write creative captions, scripts, hooks, and social media copy.
Research current social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, and audience preferences.
Coordinate with the design, marketing, and performance marketing teams to execute campaigns.
Participate in video shoots and confidently present content on camera when required.
Plan and maintain a content calendar.




Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience response.
Stay updated with emerging content trends, formats, and platform algorithms.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Ability to create engaging hooks and short-form video concepts.
Comfortable appearing on camera is an added advantage.
Strong research and content ideation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
