Role Description

The Management Intern role at Smart Clicks is an internship position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The intern supports day-to-day operations such as coordinating project schedules, assisting with client communication, and helping manage documentation and workflow for photoshoots, cinematography, and ad campaigns. Responsibilities may include basic market research, preparing reports, tracking project progress, and supporting the coordination between creative and operations teams.



The intern is expected to contribute to process improvement, maintain organized records, and assist in ensuring timely delivery of services.

Qualifications
Possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and clients.
Have basic knowledge of business or management principles, including planning, documentation, and reporting.
Show familiarity with digital media or creative industries; interest in photoshoots, cinematography, or advertising is an advantage.
