Job Title: F&B; CaptainJob Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused F&B; Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support the service team in delivering a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of stewards and service staff during shifts.
Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
Assist in table allocation, reservations, and smooth restaurant operations.
Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training when required.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining areas before and after service.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and beverage offerings.
Assist management in achieving sales targets and guest satisfaction goals.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
