A Day in the Life

As a Key Account Manager for our Luxe Division in Mumbai, you will be a strategic driver of our omni-channel performance. This is a key individual contributor role where you will own the relationship with our retail partners, ensuring our luxury brands achieve their full potential in the market.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To

Drive Business Growth:



Lead annual joint-business plan negotiations with retailers to achieve sell-in, sell-out, and market share objectives.
Master Omni-Channel Execution: Implement the Go-to-Market strategy by developing impactful retailer programs across both online and offline channels, ensuring a strong return on investment.
Collaborate for Success: Build strong relationships with Channel Partners (Online and Offline) and work closely with internal teams, including the Marketing Team, Finance & Control, and the Visual Merchandising & Retail Design team, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance.
Analyze and Optimize: Monitor and interpret retailer performance and e-commerce metrics to identify business opportunities, optimize campaigns, and ensure operational excellence.
